Supplier & Material Inspection
Quality starts before production. We audit every raw material supplier and conduct 100% incoming inspection on batteries (lithium polymer cells), PC/ABS casings, PCBA boards, and cables. Substandard materials are rejected before they ever reach the production line.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
During production, our QC team performs random sampling inspections at every workstation — SMT soldering, battery spot-welding, casing assembly, and packaging. Any defect is traced back to its source and corrected in real time.
Finished Product Testing (OQC)
Every finished product batch undergoes mandatory testing:
- Charge/discharge cycle test — verifies rated capacity and PD output (22.5W / 35W / 45W / 65W)
- Wireless charging test — confirms 15W/10W/7.5W/5W Qi output across iPhone, Android, and wearables
- Bluetooth RF test — measures signal strength, pairing stability, and audio quality for earphones and smart glasses
- Solar panel efficiency test — verifies 5.5V–9V output under calibrated light conditions
Reliability & Durability Testing
We push our products beyond normal use to ensure they last:
- Cable bend tester — 10,000+ cycles on built-in cables and USB ports
- Button life tester — 50,000+ presses on power buttons and mode switches
- Plug/unplug life tester — 10,000+ insertions on USB-C, Lightning, and Micro USB ports
- Abrasion resistance tester — verifies casing surface durability under repeated friction
- Temperature & humidity chamber — simulates extreme conditions (-20°C to 60°C, 10%–95% RH)
- Drop test — 1.5m free-fall on all 6 sides
